As autumn fades and winter whispers in, join us for a morning of stillness, gentle movement, and ritual.
Together we will nurture mind, body and spirit, create your own herbal sage bundle, and set intentions to carry warmth and clarity through the colder months.
Begin with a warming hot drink, settle into a mindful and positive yoga flow, reflect on what you want to carry with you into winter and what you are gently letting go, create your own herb bundle to capture your intentions and cleanse your energy, leave feeling lighter, renewed and connected to yourself and others.
You can join the workshop only or you may book to stay a delicious lunch at Millies Bistro in the hotel.

🌿 Gentle grounding yoga (starting at 9am – please arrive slightly before to settle)
